BEEF CUT SHEET: About

STEAKS

You'll choose a thickness and # per package for all steaks.

  • RIBEYE

  • RIB STEAK

  • NY STRIP

  • FILET MIGNON

  • T-BONE

  • SIRLOIN

  • FLANK

  • ROUND STEAK (tenderized)

  • CUBE STEAK

ROASTS

You'll choose your preferred weight: 2lb, 3lb, or 4lb for all roasts.

  • CHUCK

  • RUMP

  • SIRLOIN TIP

HAMBURGER

You'll choose 1lb packs or 2lb packs


$50 ADDITIONAL FEE IF YOU'D LIKE YOUR BURGER VACUUM PACKED

OTHER

You'll select if you'd like the below cuts.

  • BRISKET

  • SHORT RIBS

  • SKIRT STEAK

  • STEW MEAT

You'll select which you'd like.

PRICING

Beef must be picked up within 3 days of notification.

  • $60.00 kill fee, per animal

  • $0.65/lb hanging weight

  • $5.00 offal removal fee, per animal

  • $50.00 if you choose to vacuum seal burger
